CEO Charles Liang said the company generated more than $60 billion in new orders and entered fiscal 2027 with a record backlog. Management guided full-year fiscal 2027 revenue between $65 billion and $72 billion.
The full fiscal year produced negative operating cash flow of $6.8 billion as the company scaled inventory and capacity to meet AI infrastructure demand. The board is conducting an independent review of certain transactions related to export-control issues, and results remain preliminary and unaudited.
