About International Seaways

International Seaways, Inc. (NYSE: INSW) is one of the largest public tanker companies in the world. It provides seaborne transportation of crude oil and refined petroleum products through two reporting segments, Crude Tankers and Product Carriers.

As of September 30, 2026, its fleet totaled 69 vessels, of which 62 were owned and 7 chartered in:
- **Crude tankers:** 10 VLCCs, 12 Suezmaxes and 4 Aframaxes.
- **Product carriers:** 1 LR2, 10 LR1s and 28 MRs.
- **Newbuilds:** 4 LR1s on order for delivery in the second half of 2028.

The company employs its vessels mainly in commercial pools, most of which it has an ownership interest in, including the Panamax International Pool. It also uses spot voyage charters and time charters, some with profit-sharing features. It recently agreed to acquire Bruton Limited and its four dual-fuel LNG VLCCs, one delivered and three newbuildings.

The company actively renews its fleet by selling older tonnage and adding modern, fuel-efficient vessels. It returns capital mainly through quarterly dividends targeting a high payout of adjusted net income, supplemented by share repurchases. Updated
