About Plains All American Pipeline

Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. (PAA) is a publicly traded master limited partnership engaged in the transportation, storage, terminalling, and marketing of crude oil, natural gas liquids (NGLs), and natural gas. The company operates extensive pipeline infrastructure across North America, including the recently acquired Cactus III Pipeline (formerly the EPIC Crude Oil Pipeline), which strengthens its Permian Basin crude oil transportation network. PAA generates revenue primarily through crude oil and NGL purchases and sales, pipeline tariffs, and gathering and processing fees. The partnership also holds equity investments in unconsolidated midstream entities. PAA distributes available cash to its common and preferred unitholders under its partnership agreement. Updated
