With a history dating back to 1859 and headquartered in Davidson, North Carolina, the company operates in two main segments: Industrial Technologies and Services, and Precision and Science Technologies. It offers a wide range of products including air and gas compressors, vacuum and blower products, fluid transfer equipment, power tools, lifting equipment, and a variety of pumps and gas boosters. These products serve industries such as medical, life sciences, manufacturing, and food and beverage, among others. Ingersoll Rand is known for its strong brands like Gardner Denver and Milton Roy, selling through a mix of direct sales and distributors.
