Planet Fitness raised its full-year 2025 growth outlook. The company now expects system-wide same club sales growth of approximately 6.5% (previously ~6.0%), revenue growth of approximately 11% (previously ~10%), Adjusted EBITDA growth of approximately 12% (previously ~10%), adjusted net income growth of 13%-14% (previously 8%-9%), and adjusted net income per diluted share growth of 16%-17% (previously 11%-12%) based on adjusted diluted weighted-average shares outstanding of approximately 84.2 million. The company reiterated expectations for new equipment placements of 130-140 in franchisee-owned locations and system-wide new club openings of 160-170 locations.
