ARS Pharmaceuticals is a biopharmaceutical company commercializing neffy (epinephrine nasal spray), the first and only needle-free epinephrine option for emergency treatment of Type 1 allergic reactions, including anaphylaxis, in adults and children weighing 33 lbs. or greater. The product is approved in the United States and marketed under the trade name EURneffy in the EU and UK. The company targets a large addressable market of approximately 40 million people in the U.S. who experience Type 1 allergic reactions, of whom only 3.3 million have active epinephrine prescriptions. ARS Pharma is also advancing ARS-2, an intranasal epinephrine program for chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU), currently in a Phase 2b trial.
