Forward Guidance & Outlook
For full year 2026, Ventas guided Attributable Net Income per share of $0.52 to $0.62 (midpoint $0.57), Nareit FFO per share of $3.63 to $3.73 (midpoint $3.68), and Normalized FFO per share of $3.78 to $3.88 (midpoint $3.83), representing 6-9% year-over-year growth on a comparable basis. The guidance assumes approximately $2.5 billion in senior housing investments and $300 million in disposition proceeds. Growth is expected to be driven by SHOP segment NOI growth and accretive investment activity, partially offset by the expiry of non-cash Brookdale lease income on 12/31/25 and higher net interest expense. The company has already closed over $0.8 billion of senior housing investments year to date 2026 and reports a strong investment pipeline.
