Markets in Europe were up slightly at 6.25 AM New York time.

The FTSE rose .1%.

The FTSE was up .1% to 6,426. Barclays was up .1% to 739. BP was up 2% to 574.5. BT was down .2% to 308. GSK was up 1.5% to 1454. Prudential was up .3% to 740.5. Reuters was up .1% to 468.5. Unilever was up .7% to 1637. Vodafone was down .7% to 137.4.

The DAXX was up .3% to 7,161. Bayer was up .8% to 48.52. Daimler was down 1.1% to 60.57. DB was up .5% to 104.73. DT was up .1% to 12.88. SAP was up 3.9% to 35.72. Siemens was up .8% to 84.94.

The CAC 40 was up .1% to 5,755. Alcatel-Lucent is down 1% to 9.11. AXA is down .2% to 33.04. France Telecom is down .5% to 20.45. St Micro is down 1% to 15. Vivendi is down .4% to 30.75.
