Markets in Europe were up at 5.15 AM New York time.
The DAXX was up .3% to 7,531. Daimler (DCX) was up 1.3% to 63.91. Deutsche Bank (DB) was up 1.5% to 92.48. VW was up 1.3% to 150.74.
The CAC 40 rose .7% to 5,609. BNP Paribas was up 1.5% to 78.9. France Telecom (FTE) was up 1% to 21.98.
