Sino Clean Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ: SCEI) is up nearly 4% premarket to $2.11, relative to a 52-week range of $1.15-$9.67. The company announced it was acquiring 100% of the shares of Crown Energy Limited.
WebMD Health Corp. (NASDAQ: WBMD) is down more than 17% premarket to $39.42, within a 52-week range of $42.62-$58.55. The company issued adjusted FY11 guidance well below its previous mark.
