Oracle Corporation (NASDAQ: ORCL) is up nearly 1% premarket to $27.98, relative to a 52-week range  of $24.72 – $36.50. Susquehanna Financial upgraded the company to buy.

JAKKS Pacific, Inc. (NASDAQ: JAKK) is up more than 26% premarket to $20.30, relative to a 52-week range of $14.01 – $21.20. Oaktree Capital announced it has proposed purchasing the company for $20 per share.

Nordstrom, Inc. (NYSE: JWN) is down 0.8% premarket to $49.25, relative to a 52-week range of $34.19 – $52.15. Goldman has cut the company to “neutral” from “buy.”

Yahoo! Inc. (NASDAQ: YHOO) is up 1.7% before market open to $14.50, relative to a 52-week range of $11.09 – $18.84. The company’s board is meeting today, with the question of the replacement of former CEO Carol Bartz still up in the air.
