Google Plans Greater Privacy Invasion

A number of media report that Google (NASDAQ: GOOG) will update its privacy rules to allow it to collect and put together more data on its users. Google says this is to help these users better navigate the internet. Critics say it is a better way to spy on users which would allow marketers to better target the people they want.

ZDNet reports that

The new, streamlined Google privacy policy and terms of service arrive on March 1st, bringing with them a slew of new questions over Google’s customer data collection practices.
