Google Gets European OK for Motorola Acquisition (GOOG, MMI)

Google Inc. (NASDAQ: GOOG) has received approval from the European Union for its $12.5 billion acquisition of Motorola Mobility Holdings Inc. (NYSE: MMI). Google is expecting similar approval from the US Department of Justice later this week.
