Mosaic Co. (NYSE: MOS) was downgraded to Neutral from Buy after recent Uralkali potash implosion news at UBS.

Teradyne Inc. (NYSE: TER) was removed from the U.S. Focus List at Credit Suisse.

ValueClick Inc. (NASDAQ: VCLK) was downgraded to Hold from Buy at Needham and downgraded to Underperform at Raymond James.
