Founded in 1949 and based in Roseland, New Jersey, ADP offers a wide range of services including payroll, benefits administration, talent and HR management, workforce management, insurance, retirement solutions, and compliance services. It caters to businesses through two main segments: Employer Services, which focuses on strategic HR outsourcing solutions, and Professional Employer Organization (PEO), which offers comprehensive HR outsourcing through a co-employment model, covering benefits, compliance, and talent engagement.
