What Will 10 Million Shiba Inu (SHIB) Be Worth by 2030?

Shiba Inu is sitting 94% below its all-time high while rival memecoins surge past it, and the math behind its massive token supply raises serious questions about whether 10 million SHIB can grow meaningfully by 2030.

A holding of 10 million Shiba Inu (CRYPTO:SHIB) is worth around $50, with SHIB trading at approximately $0.00000505. Over the past month, this memecoin has declined by 12.3%, and it has fallen 28.3% since the start of the year.

Since September 24, SHIB’s price has fluctuated, peaking at $0.00000607 on September 26 and bottoming out at $0.0000048 on October 18. This recent performance shows that the price is nearer to the low end of its range.

Investors often discuss holding 10 million SHIB because it’s an attractive, manageable size. When SHIB reached its peak price of $0.00008616 on October 27, 2021, that amount would have been worth $861.60. However, SHIB is trading 94.1% below that all-time high. So, what can we realistically expect 10 million SHIB to be worth by 2030?

What 10 Million SHIB Could Be Worth at $20, $100 and $200

Market value, or market cap, is calculated by multiplying a token’s price by the total number of tokens in circulation. Shiba Inu has a market cap of around $3.0 billion, with approximately 589.2 trillion tokens in circulation. This large supply is why SHIB can still add up to billions of dollars, even when the price has many zeros after the decimal.

We couldn’t find a specific 2030 price forecast for SHIB from a reputable source, but we can explore some possible scenarios.

Scenario SHIB Price Value of 10 Million SHIB Market Value Change Needed
Bear $0.000002 $20 $1.2 billion -60.4%
Base $0.00001 $100 $5.9 billion +98.1%
Bull $0.00002 $200 $11.8 billion +296.1%

In the bear scenario, 10 million SHIB would drop to $20, well below the monthly low of $0.00000405 SHIB hit in June and July. Conversely, the base price of $0.00001 has been reached before; in January, SHIB traded at $0.00001017. The last time it finished a month above the bull price was in December 2024, at $0.00002113.

The large supply complicates price increases. With 589.2 trillion tokens in circulation, even a small price jump requires significant investment. For instance, moving from the base case price to the bull case would raise Shiba Inu’s market cap from $5.9 billion to $11.8 billion, while returning to the 2021 record would require a market cap of about $50.8 billion.

PEPE Outpaces SHIB in the Memecoin Market

Memecoins, like Shiba Inu, rely heavily on internet culture and community enthusiasm. Recently, Pepe (CRYPTO:PEPE) has surged, leading a memecoin rebound with a 61.5% gain over the past 90 days and a 9.7% rise in the last week. PEPE has also posted a 9.4% gain in 2026.

In contrast, SHIB has missed out on this rally, showing only a 0.8% increase over the same 90 days and a slight slip of 0.9% in the past week. Dogecoin (CRYPTO:DOGE), priced at about $0.079, has fallen 32.7% this year, indicating that the memecoin recovery has been limited.

Historical trends in memecoin markets suggest that SHIB could increase rapidly if buying interest returns. SHIB achieved monthly highs of $0.00004501 in March 2024 and $0.00003017 in November 2024, both exceeding the bull price scenario discussed above.

Can 10 Million SHIB Reach $100 by 2030?

We believe the base case, which suggests SHIB could reach $0.00001 and value 10 million SHIB at $100, is the most realistic outcome by 2030. This scenario hinges on SHIB roughly doubling in value. The bull scenario of $200 seems less achievable, while the former peak value of $861.60 appears highly unlikely.

If PEPE momentum fades and Bitcoin turns down, SHIB could slide toward the bear scenario, making a $20 valuation more feasible than reaching $100.

To realize the base case potential, SHIB must first break above its recent high of $0.00000607 from September 26. Furthermore, the overall memecoin market needs to revitalize, drawing attention back to SHIB and Dogecoin. Finally, SHIB would need to surpass its January high of $0.00001017 to move past the base-case price.
