What Will 10,000 XRP Be Worth by 2030?

XRP investors keep chasing $5, $10, even $1 million, but the market cap those dreams demand would dwarf an industry giant. Before you count your 2030 fortune, see which targets hold up and which collapse under the math.

A holding of 10,000 XRP (CRYPTO: XRP) is valued at $11,600 at $1.16 per XRP. This price is far below XRP’s all-time high of $3.65, reached on July 17, 2025, and that gap shapes any XRP price prediction for 2030.

In the past 24 hours, XRP has fallen 2.9%, and over the last week, it has dropped 7.1%, sliding from $1.42. Over the past 90 days, XRP has moved between a low of $0.99 on August 16 and a high of $1.57 on September 22, and it is down about 46% over the last year.

Nevertheless, XRP investors often return to 2030 targets like $5 and $10, and some hope their holdings could one day reach $1 million. So, what might 10,000 XRP be worth by 2030, and which of these prices are realistic?

Potential Value of 10,000 XRP at Key 2030 Price Points

The table below outlines the potential value of 10,000 XRP at various 2030 price points, based on its current price of $1.16.

Scenario Price Value of 10,000 XRP Multiple Change from $1.16
$2 $20,000 1.72x +72.4%
$3 $30,000 2.59x +158.6%
$3.65 (All-Time High) $36,500 3.15x +214.7%
$5 $50,000 4.31x +331.0%
$10 $100,000 8.62x +762.1%

Smaller investors can apply the same calculations. For example, a holding of 1,000 XRP is worth $1,160, and a 1,000 XRP in 2030 breakdown runs those numbers in full. For buyers still working toward 10,000 XRP, a guide to investing monthly to own 10,000 XRP by the end of 2027 shows how to build the holding.

At $10, a 10,000 XRP holding would be worth $100,000. For that holding to reach $1 million, XRP would need to hit $100, more than 27 times its all-time high of $3.65. While these targets may seem ambitious, the market cap required shows the challenge ahead.

XRP Needs a Market Cap Bigger Than Ethereum’s to Hit $5

With a circulating supply of 63,516,606,953 XRP tokens, a $5 price would give XRP a market cap of about $317.6 billion. At $10, the market cap would reach around $635.2 billion. For context, Ethereum (CRYPTO: ETH), the second-largest cryptocurrency, has a market cap of about $273.9 billion.

Supply likely won’t stay constant, either. XRP has a total supply of 99,985,583,260 tokens, translating to a fully diluted valuation of around $116 billion against a $73.8 billion market cap. Ripple gradually releases tokens from escrow, meaning XRP may need a market cap well above $317.6 billion to sustain a $5 price in 2030.

Catalysts That Could Push XRP Toward $5 by 2030

Spot XRP ETF Demand Has Stalled

As of November 5, U.S. spot XRP ETFs recorded $1.81 billion in cumulative net inflows (the difference between money in and money out), per SoSoValue. However, ETF buying has slowed, with only about $14.4 million added from October 7 through November 5. That slowdown suggests investors are holding, but not actively increasing their positions.

XRP Needs a Bigger Crypto Market or a Bigger Share of It

The entire crypto market stands at about $2.57 trillion, with XRP holding about 2.9%. To reach $5, XRP would need to capture around 12.3% of the total crypto market or see substantial market growth. With Bitcoin (CRYPTO: BTC) holding 59.1% of the market, XRP’s path to a higher price hinges on significant overall market growth, a larger share of it, or a combination of both.

Traders are showing caution, as the Crypto Fear and Greed Index reads 41, indicating fear. However, XRP has previously shown the impact of a market rally. It surged from $0.51 at the end of October 2024 to $3.04 by January 2025, and a similar rally could push XRP beyond $2.

Will XRP Rise Enough to Reach $5 by 2030?

XRP has a reasonable chance of reaching $2 by 2030 and a fair chance of revisiting its all-time high of $3.65. However, the chance of it hitting $5 or $10 is lower. Based on these scenarios, 10,000 XRP may be valued between $20,000 and $36,500 by 2030.

For that to happen, XRP first needs to regain its 50-day moving average of $1.38, then surpass its 90-day high of $1.57 and close a month above $1.70, its August high. Only once XRP holds consistently above $2, a 72.4% increase, will the conversation about reaching $5 become more serious.

XRP is trading below its 200-day moving average of $1.27, with ETF inflows flat, and the $0.99 low from August could be the next level sellers test. For any XRP price prediction for 2030 to hold weight, a monthly close above $1.70 alongside rising ETF inflows is essential. Without both, XRP reaching $5 by 2030 looks unlikely.
