Prediction: What Could XRP Be Worth by 2027 After Falling 46% in a Year?
XRP has shed half its value in a year, and the old forecasts no longer hold. Three scenarios hinge on ETF flows, Bitcoin's key trendline, and a stalled Senate bill, and history offers a sobering warning about recovery.

XRP (CRYPTO: XRP) has lost half of its value in just one year, and that drop changes any XRP price prediction for 2027. As of November 8, 2026, XRP trades at $1.15, down 49.6% from $2.29 a year earlier. It also set a new 30-day low on November 7.
The past month has been challenging too. XRP has declined 17% from October 9 to November 8 and trades below its 50-day average of $1.38, the mean closing price over the last 50 days. It also trades 68.4% below its all-time high of $3.65 from July 2025 and is down 37% from the year’s starting price of $1.84.
A previous forecast in September mapped XRP’s 2027 outlook from a rebound at $1.53. However, after the recent decline, that starting point no longer applies. The scenarios below depend on factors readers can check, such as ETF flows, Bitcoin’s direction (CRYPTO: BTC), and Ripple’s regulatory developments. So what might XRP be worth by the end of 2027?
XRP Could Hover Between $0.99 and $1.15 if ETF Buying Stays Flat

Spot XRP ETFs hold the coin directly, allowing investors to buy it through brokerage accounts. Net flows into these ETFs were zero from November 3 to November 6, while their net assets fell to $1.34 billion on November 6. Total net inflows remain at $1.81 billion, suggesting the asset decline comes from XRP’s falling price rather than investors leaving.
Assets for XRP ETFs peaked at around $1.70 billion on October 6, according to a review of the XRP ETFs’ first year. In a bear scenario, if flows stay flat into 2027, XRP could drop back to its August 17 low of $0.99, a 14.4% decline from its current price.
XRP Could Rise Toward $2 if Bitcoin Holds Its 200-Day Average

Bitcoin trades at $75,662, down 26% over the past year. However, it remains 3.4% above its 200-day average of $73,194. Bitcoin has struggled around that line before, but its longer trend hasn’t broken.
In a base scenario, if Bitcoin stays above its 200-day average and ETF inflows return, XRP could recover to its 50-day average of $1.38, a 19.3% gain. After that, it could hit its 30-day high of $1.43, a 23.5% gain. To reach $2, a level it last traded above in January, XRP would need to climb 73% from $1.15.
XRP Could Reach $3.65 if Washington Revives the CLARITY Act

The CLARITY Act is proposed legislation that would set which regulator oversees crypto tokens like XRP, but it has stalled in the Senate. After Democrats swept Congress in the November 3 midterm elections, one political analyst doubted the bill could advance over the next two years.
Political shifts have moved XRP sharply in the past. After the November 2024 election, XRP’s monthly close surged from $0.51 in October 2024 to $1.94 in November 2024. A return to $3.65 would require a 216% increase, though, and with the bill likely postponed until 2028, this outcome largely hinges on Bitcoin climbing back toward its all-time high of $126,080 from October 2025.
What Happened to XRP in the 14 Months After Its 2022 Low

XRP previously fell about 85% from its 2021 high of $1.96, and it has rallied after every crash like that. After bottoming out in June 2022 at $0.29, it closed that month at $0.33. Over the next six months, XRP climbed to $0.55 by September 2022, dropped to $0.32 in November, and ended December at $0.34.
A court ruling drove XRP’s biggest recovery. On July 13, 2023, a federal judge found that Ripple’s sales to individual investors through exchanges didn’t require SEC registration, and XRP spiked to $0.90 that month. By August 2023, it settled at $0.51, well above its low but still far from $1.96.
That history suggests XRP may need a strong catalyst to recover from $1.15, and any gains might not last long after the initial surge. A look at how long XRP takes to recover found that its only full cycle took about seven and a half years.
What Might XRP Be Worth by the End of 2027?
By the end of 2027, XRP could range between $0.99 and $2, while a return to $3.65 seems unlikely as long as the CLARITY Act remains stalled. To reach the middle of that range, XRP first needs to close above its 50-day average of $1.38 and its 30-day high of $1.43. ETF inflows would also need to beat the single-day high of $8.4 million recorded on October 29.
On the downside, a monthly close below $0.99 could signal a deeper slide for XRP and a recovery wait that could outlast the one after 2022. With XRP ETFs turning one year old on November 13, if flows stay at zero through December, the bear scenario is likely to become the prevailing XRP price prediction for 2027.
