XRP Has Fallen 17% in 30 Days to $1.17. Will It Go Back Up Before the End of 2026?
XRP sank to the bottom of the top five cryptos this week, ETF buyers vanished, and a stalled Senate bill ticks toward a January deadline. Three conditions could still flip the script before December ends, but all three must line…

XRP (CRYPTO: XRP) has declined 15.9% over the past 30 days and trades at $1.16. That price is below its lowest close of the past month, $1.18 on November 6. XRP closed as high as $1.41 on October 11, but sellers erased much of that rebound in four weeks. So will XRP go back up before 2026 ends, and what would count as a recovery?
Among the five biggest cryptocurrencies, XRP has had the weakest week. In the seven days to November 7, it fell 7.1%. For comparison, Solana (CRYPTO: SOL) dropped 6.5%, Bitcoin (CRYPTO: BTC) slipped 2.3%, BNB (CRYPTO: BNB) lost 1.4%, and Ethereum (CRYPTO: ETH) eased 0.8%.
Key Price Levels for XRP’s Recovery

XRP faces its first hurdle at around $1.20, a level where selling pressure has recently halted bounces. XRP needs to close above this resistance before higher levels appear.
Next is the 20-day moving average at $1.28, which XRP would need a 10.2% climb to reach. The 50-day moving average stands at $1.38, an 18.8% climb away. XRP also trades below its 200-day average of $1.27, so its short-, medium-, and long-term trends all point downward.
The highest near-term target is the 30-day closing high of $1.41. However, XRP struggled to hold that level through late October and kept stalling around $1.30. A return to its all-time high of $3.65 would take an extraordinary 214.3% climb.
With a market capitalization of $73.8 billion, XRP ranks fifth among cryptocurrencies. When XRP closed at $1.57 on September 22, its market cap reached $98.8 billion.
Support below the current price includes the August low, where buyers have stepped in before. XRP’s lowest close of the past year was $0.99 on August 16, and an October analysis of how low XRP could go identified the $1 area as the critical floor.
What Needs to Change for XRP to Rebound Before 2027?

ETF Buyers Have Disappeared
Spot XRP ETFs, which hold the coin and trade on stock exchanges, recorded zero net flows on November 3, 4, 5, and 6. The last day with any money moving was an outflow of about $530,000 on November 2, while the largest daily inflow of the past month was $8.43 million on October 29.
The funds’ net assets decreased to $1.34 billion on November 6 from $1.57 billion on October 21, as XRP’s price fell while flows stayed flat. Cumulative inflows still total $1.81 billion.
Bitcoin Must Hold Above $74,722
As of November 7, Bitcoin trades at $75,720, just above its November 6 intraday low of $74,722, after a 7.3% slide over the past 30 days. It is below its 20-day average of $79,674 but above its 200-day average of $73,197. XRP has fallen far more than Bitcoin in this downturn, and if Bitcoin drops below $74,722, it could drag XRP toward its August low.
XRP’s August Rally Shows What a Catalyst Can Do
XRP’s last recovery began from a similar slump. It closed at $0.99 on August 16, climbed to $1.27 on August 20 and peaked at $1.52 on August 23, while its market cap rose from $62.2 billion to $95.4 billion. The White House crypto policy summit on August 19 sparked the rally, as the president urged Congress to pass the CLARITY Act, which would place digital commodities like XRP under the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
Since then, however, the bill has stalled. The Senate’s procedural vote on September 15 failed 49 to 50, short of the 60 votes needed. The Senate hasn’t scheduled a new vote, so the bill could lapse on January 3, 2027.
XRP Recovery Questions Holders Are Asking

Will XRP Go Back Up?
XRP could rise again. After closing at $0.99, it surged to $1.52 within a week in August, but that rally needed a policy catalyst. A close above $1.28 would be the first sign that buyers are regaining control.
What Is a Realistic Target for XRP?
In the coming months, a realistic target is the 30-day closing high of $1.41. A move to $2 would require a 72.2% climb, which looks much less likely without a new catalyst.
How Much Will 1 XRP Be Worth in 2030?
Predicting a specific 2030 price for XRP is hard. The coin has declined 9.8% over the past five years, and a study of how long XRP takes to recover from a crash shows its recoveries often take years.
Can XRP Go Back Up Before the End of 2026?
XRP has a fair chance of bouncing back to its 20-day moving average at $1.28 before the year closes, but a low chance of closing above $1.41 without a new catalyst. A recovery starts with XRP closing above $1.20 and then reclaiming $1.28, alongside a return of ETF inflows, ideally matching the $8.43 million seen on October 29, while Bitcoin holds above $74,722.
Only then could the 50-day moving average at $1.38 become a realistic target, the same test a November price prediction set out. If Bitcoin breaks below $74,722 and ETF flows stay flat, XRP could fall toward its $0.99 August low as the CLARITY Act’s January 3 deadline nears. A close above $1.38 with positive ETF flows before December 31 would be the clearest answer to whether XRP will go back up before 2026 ends.
