After just five months on the job, Sears Holding Co. (NASDAQ: SHLD) marketing head Monica Woo has left the company. She is moving to privately held Mozido, a provider of white-label multi-channel financial services.

She is just the latest in a string of Sears executives to leave the company, even as the company’s share price has soared 132% since the beginning of the year. Woo joined Sears after the company had been looking for a marketing head for more than a year.

Sears is trying to turn around a $3.1 billion loss last year at its Kmart and Sears stores.

The company’s shares are up nearly 3% today at $73.86 in a 52-week range of $28.89-$87.66.
