The bright and welcoming Szechuan Brothers is a Vancouver restaurant that specializes in the traditional hot and spicy food of China’s Szechuan province. As the name implies, traditional Szechuan fare is their specialty, and regulars rave about the dan dan noodles, mapo tofu, spare ribs in garlic chili sauce, dry chili chicken, sizzling beef, and cumin pork knuckle.
