Expedia has lifted its quarterly dividend 20% to $0.48, with an ex-dividend date of August 27, 2026.

After years without a dividend, Expedia has now sustained and grown its payout across 16 years of payments. A 20% single-year hike reflects a management team confident enough in forward cash generation to make a binding commitment.
