NuScale Power finished the September 8 session at $11.33, a 16.8% advance that put it at the top of a 111-stock priority list by a wide margin. A single-session move of that size in a small-cap nuclear name resets how the market prices near-term risk.
The rest of the top gainers leaned heavily into technology infrastructure, with iQIYI, CoreWeave and DigitalOcean all adding more than 11%. Intel rounded out the top five with a 9.06% advance, a meaningful move for a company of its size.

On the losing side, GoPro was the session's sharpest decliner, dropping 15% to close at $1.45. At that price level, any double-digit percentage swing can signal something material, and the move pushes the stock further into territory where its viability as a standalone public company tends to draw scrutiny.
