NVIDIA's Isaac Platform Puts Jetson Thor Inside Every Agile ONE Robot

NVIDIA Advances Isaac Platform for General-Purpose Robotics With New Reference Humanoid, Frameworks, Simulation Pipelines and Data
Every humanoid built on Agile Robots' new Agile ONE SN reference design ships with a Jetson Thor module inside, putting 2,070 FP4 teraflops of NVIDIA silicon in each robot before a single customer order. ABB, KUKA, NEURA, Universal Robots and Hugging Face are all building on the same open Isaac stack, which is how a chip vendor locks in the next compute market ahead of 2027 availability.

Agile Robots has built NVIDIA's Jetson Thor module directly into the bill of materials for its Agile ONE SN reference humanoid, so every unit ships with 2,070 FP4 teraflops of NVIDIA silicon before a single customer order is placed. Robot builders who adopt the Agile ONE platform inherit that compute choice at the reference design stage.
The Isaac platform expansion pulls in a broad coalition of industrial and software names. ABB, KUKA, NEURA, Universal Robots, and Hugging Face are all building on the same open Isaac stack, which stretches NVIDIA's reach from factory automation giants to the open-source AI community in a single announcement.
For NVIDIA, robotics is shaping up as the next major compute market after data centers and autonomous vehicles. Anchoring the ecosystem at the reference design level, before the humanoid market reaches scale, is a deliberate strategy to make its silicon the default when volumes arrive.
Availability is targeted for 2027, so the commercial payoff arrives later, while ecosystem momentum builds now. The more frameworks, simulation pipelines, and robot OEMs that standardize on Isaac today, the harder it becomes for a rival platform to displace NVIDIA once production humanoids begin shipping at scale.
