Ambev S.A. is a major beverage company that produces and sells beer, draft beer, soft drinks, and other non-alcoholic beverages across Brazil and Latin America. The company operates across four reportable geographic segments: Brazil (further split into Beer and Non-Alcoholic Beverages), Central America & Caribbean (CAC), Latin America–South, and Canada. Its portfolio includes owned brands such as Brahma, Skol, Antarctica, Original, Quilmes, Guaraná Antarctica, and Beats, alongside licensed brands from parent company AB InBev including Budweiser, Corona, Spaten, Stella Artois, Modelo, and Michelob Ultra. Ambev is also one of the largest independent bottlers of PepsiCo products globally, producing and distributing Pepsi, H2OH!, Lipton Ice Tea, and Gatorade under license. The company additionally holds distribution agreements with Red Bull for select channels and regions. Ambev maintains licensing agreements with AB InBev and subsidiaries including Grupo Modelo and Spaten-Franziskaner-Bräu GmbH for production and distribution of key international brands in its territories, while granting AB InBev reciprocal rights over Ambev brands like Brahma in AB InBev's territories. Ambev faces material tax contingencies in Brazil totaling over R$113 billion in possible-loss exposures related to IOC deductibility, foreign tax credits, and foreign earnings taxation. Ambev's shares trade on Brazil's B3 exchange (ABEV3) and on the NYSE as ADRs (ABEV), and it is controlled by subsidiaries of Anheuser-Busch InBev. Updated
