About Tenet Healthcare

Tenet Healthcare Corporation is a diversified healthcare services company operating through two reporting segments.

The Ambulatory Care segment consists of United Surgical Partners International (USPI), which Tenet describes as the largest ambulatory platform in the U.S. As of September 30, 2026, USPI had interests in 535 ambulatory surgery centers (406 consolidated) and 25 surgical hospitals (seven consolidated) across 37 states. Many of these facilities are operated in partnership with physicians and health systems, generating significant noncontrolling interest and equity-method earnings.

The Hospital Operations and Services segment includes acute care and specialty hospitals, imaging centers, ancillary outpatient facilities, micro-hospitals, and employed physician practices. Through its Conifer Health Solutions subsidiary, this segment also provides hospital and physician revenue cycle management, patient communications and engagement, and value-based care services to hospitals, health systems, physician practices, and employers.

Tenet also operates a global business center in Manila, Philippines. In 2026, Conifer is concluding its revenue cycle services agreement with CommonSpirit Health early in exchange for $1.9 billion of consideration, with the transition substantially complete by October 30, 2026. Revenue is driven by commercial, governmental (Medicare/Medicaid, including supplemental payments), and exchange payers. Updated
