Circle Internet Group, Inc. (NYSE: CRCL) is a financial technology company that issues, through regulated affiliates, the USDC and EURC stablecoins.
Most of its revenue is Reserve Income: interest earned on the reserves backing USDC in circulation. Average USDC in circulation was $73.3 billion in Q3 2026. A large share of that reserve income is paid out to distribution partners such as exchanges.
Circle also earns Other Revenue from:
- Subscriptions and services.
- Transaction fees.
- Starting in Q3 2026, revenue from the presale of the ARC token.
Its product suite helps enterprises and developers integrate stablecoins and blockchains into payments, commerce and financial applications. It includes:
- **Circle Payments Network (CPN):** a cross-border payments network with $41.3 billion in annualized TPV.
- **Arc:** a layer-one blockchain launched on public mainnet in September 2026, with native USDC integration, institutional validators and a native ARC token.
Circle is expanding cross-border B2B payments through the pending acquisition of Singapore-based Tazapay, focused on APAC, LATAM and emerging markets. Distribution partners include Binance, Visa, Samsung Wallet and SAP-ecosystem integrator Tereina.
