Turkcell İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. is a technology and telecommunications company offering a diversified portfolio of voice, data, TV, digital consumer, enterprise, and techfin services over its mobile and fixed networks. The company operates across three countries — Türkiye, Belarus, and Northern Cyprus — with approximately 47.1 million group subscribers. Listed on both the NYSE and BIST since July 2000, Turkcell is the only company dual-listed on these exchanges. Its three reporting segments are: Turkcell Türkiye (telecom, digital services, digital business services, retail, smart devices, and consumer electronics), Techfin (financial services including Paycell digital payments and Financell consumer lending), and Other (international operations via BeST in Belarus and Kıbrıs Telekom in Northern Cyprus, energy subsidiaries, and non-group call center). The company launched 5G services in Türkiye and has been investing in fiber infrastructure (6.7 million homepasses across 31 cities), data centers (54 MW active capacity with next-generation facilities under construction in partnership with Google Cloud), and digital content platforms including TV+ (over 2.7 million subscribers). Its mobile subscriber base exceeds 40 million with an 81% postpaid share, and it holds a 74% market share in Fixed Wireless Access through its Superbox product. The company holds a 23% equity stake in TOGG, Türkiye's domestic electric vehicle manufacturer. The Group operates numerous wholly-owned subsidiaries spanning software development, payment services, insurance, property investments, electricity trading, tower infrastructure, and venture capital.
