We have many rumors and developing issues in tech and beyond today. 

American International Group Inc. (NYSE: AIG) is having problems with its offering as regulators and investment bankers are at odds over price.  This news broke on CNBC yesterday and continues today.

Youku.com Inc (NYSE: YOKU) is rumored to be in talks with Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL) to replace YouTube app (from TNW Asia).

Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL) is rumored to still have delays in the next iPhone, but the next iPad is rumored to have some 3D capabilities without glasses.

ARM Holdings plc (NASDAQ: ARMH) may get Apple’s laptop processor business in 2012 or 2013, a loss for Intel Corporation (NASDAQ: INTC). APPLE INSIDER

Google Inc. (NASDAQ: GOOG) may be getting nudged out by Facebook in the rumored Skype pact (Reuters).

Research-in-Motion Ltd. (NASDAQ: RIMM) is rumored to be coming out with a larger PlayBook or at least a better PlayBook at BlackBerry World 2011 (multiple).

Al-Qaeda is rumored to be confirming Bin Laden death news, and reports are out that US trains were to be targeted for a 10-year anniversary attack on 9/11.

The Glencore IPO continues to get larger orders for shares from investors (multiple).
