XRP Price Prediction: Where Could XRP Be by the End of November?

XRP has shed nearly 65% from its all-time high and just broke below a level traders consider critical, with a ETF anniversary, a regulatory decision, and midterm elections all converging in November to pull the price in opposite directions.

XRP (CRYPTO:XRP) enters November 2026 below the crucial $1.30 mark, a level that traders have been monitoring closely. Key events, including the midterm elections and the first anniversary of spot XRP ETFs, are coming up in November, along with an impending ETF decision.

XRP is trading at $1.28, reflecting a 13.7% decline in October and a significant 64.9% drop from its all-time high of $3.65. After briefly rising to $1.40 on October 21, XRP fell back to $1.28 on October 23.

XRP’s decline has been sharper than that of the overall market. It lost 16.2% over the past month, while Bitcoin (CRYPTO:BTC) has slipped only 4.4%, and XRP has fallen 48.8% over the past year.

Traders are closely watching the $1.30 level, especially since XRP closed below it on both October 23 and 24, hovering around $1.29. So, what can we anticipate for XRP by the end of November?

XRP Needs a 10% Gain to Hit Its 50-Day Average

XRP’s market cap, the total value of all circulating coins, is about $80.7 billion across 63.13 billion coins. If the price dips to the 30-day low of $1.255, down about 2%, the market cap would fall to about $79.2 billion.

On the upside, XRP needs a 10.1% increase to reach its 50-day average of $1.41. That move would elevate its market cap to roughly $89 billion. To hit the 30-day high of $1.63, it would need a 27.3% rise, resulting in a market cap of about $102.9 billion.

However, supply dilution complicates these targets. As new coins enter circulation, XRP must achieve a higher market cap to reach the same price level. XRP’s maximum supply is set at 100 billion coins, with Ripple holding a significant portion in escrow and releasing it gradually.

The fully diluted valuation—as if every coin were in circulation—stands at $127.8 billion, while a return to $3.65 would necessitate a market cap of about $230.4 billion.

Spot XRP ETF Demand Has Slowed Ahead of Its First Anniversary

Spot XRP ETFs are designed to hold XRP directly, meaning inflows into these funds usually result in more XRP being purchased. Total net inflows into these funds reached $1.80 billion on October 22 and remained unchanged on October 23, with total net assets at $1.48 billion.

The funds posted their best day in the past month on September 25, pulling in $22.6 million, as XRP closed at $1.57. However, total inflows from then until October 23 totaled about $18.5 million as XRP steadily declined. There were also zero net flows on 10 out of the 22 sessions between September 24 and October 23.

As these funds approach their first anniversary in mid-November, that milestone could attract renewed interest. Additionally, WisdomTree (NYSE:WT) is awaiting a regulatory decision on its own XRP ETF, which, if approved, could potentially introduce more buyers. However, low demand for existing funds suggests that even a new offering may not have a significant impact.

The November 3 Midterms Could Boost Bitcoin More Than XRP

Voters are slated to head to the polls on November 3. The results will determine control of Congress and could shape crypto-related legislation, including which regulator oversees tokens like XRP. A favorable result for crypto could boost the overall market.

Despite this, XRP has lagged Bitcoin significantly over the past month, suggesting a broader market rally might benefit Bitcoin more than XRP.

Where Might the XRP Price End November?

We expect XRP to close November between $1.255, the 30-day low, and $1.41, the 50-day average. A rebound to the September high of $1.63 seems unlikely. XRP would first need to reclaim the $1.30 level—roughly 1.6% higher—then surpass the 20-day average of $1.37 and the October 21 high of $1.40. Only if XRP clears $1.41 could the $1.63 target be within reach, likely needing ETF inflows to match September 25’s $22.6 million.

However, downside risk remains as XRP trades near its October 23 low of $1.28, with the next support level at $1.255 just 2% lower. If it closes below $1.255, it could fall to $1.246, pushing XRP below $1.25 by the end of November. Conversely, if XRP closes above $1.41 before mid-November, paired with daily ETF inflows exceeding $22.6 million, we may need to revise our projections upward.
