About MGM Resorts

MGM Resorts International is an S&P 500 global gaming and entertainment company. Its portfolio spans 30 hotel and gaming destinations offering casinos, hotels, meetings and convention space, live and theatrical entertainment, dining, nightlife and retail.

It reports five segments:
- **Las Vegas Strip Resorts**
- **Regional Operations**: U.S. regional casinos, including properties such as Beau Rivage and MGM National Harbor.
- **MGM China**: integrated resorts in Macau.
- **MGM Digital**: LeoVegas and other consolidated interactive gaming subsidiaries, operating through LV Lion Holding Limited across several European jurisdictions.
- **Management and other operations**

MGM also owns 50% of BetMGM, LLC, which offers sports betting and online gaming in North America under the BetMGM and partypoker brands. The venture is accounted for as an unconsolidated affiliate and pays distributions and branding license fees to MGM.

Most domestic properties are operated under triple net leases. The company is developing an integrated resort in Japan (MGM Osaka) and is pursuing a project in Dubai. It sold MGM Northfield Park in April 2026 and has been actively repurchasing shares. Updated

Las Vegas Strip room rates fell 8%, dragging MGM Resorts to a quarterly loss that missed expectations while revenue landed in line. Macau strength and a narrowing digital loss were not enough to offset it, and management says October rates have already rebounded.
