- INGREZZA (valbenazine), for tardive dyskinesia and chorea associated with Huntington's disease.
- CRENESSITY (crinecerfont), for classic congenital adrenal hyperplasia.
- VYKAT XR (diazoxide choline), for hyperphagia in Prader-Willi syndrome, acquired through the purchase of Soleno Therapeutics in May 2026.
- Endometriosis and uterine fibroid treatments developed in collaboration with AbbVie.

The pipeline includes Phase 3 programs for osavampator in major depressive disorder and direclidine in schizophrenia.
