About Western Midstream Partners
Western Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: WES) is a master limited partnership engaged in midstream energy services across Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming. The partnership operates a three-stream business model: gathering, compressing, treating, processing, and transporting natural gas; gathering, stabilizing, and transporting condensate, natural-gas liquids, and crude oil; and gathering, transporting, recycling, treating, and disposing of produced water. WES also buys and sells residue gas, NGLs, and condensate under certain gas processing contracts. The partnership's core operating basins include the Delaware Basin, DJ Basin, and Powder River Basin. A substantial majority of WES's cash flows are protected from direct commodity-price exposure through fee-based contracts. WES is also developing produced-water beneficial reuse capabilities, with a demonstration facility producing reclaimed fresh water for industrial and agricultural applications. Updated
