The company operates through two primary segments: Siding Solutions, which offers engineered wood siding, trim, soffit, and fascia products in primed and prefinished options under brands including LP SmartSide, LP BuilderSeries, LP Outdoor Building Solutions, and LP SmartSide ExpertFinish; and OSB (Oriented Strand Board), which produces structural panel products including a value-added portfolio known as LP Structural Solutions featuring fire-rated sheathing, air and water barrier, radiant barrier sheathing, and premium sub-flooring products.
