Sprott Physical Silver Trust is a closed-end mutual fund trust organized under the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, managed by Sprott Asset Management LP. The Trust was created to invest and hold substantially all of its assets in physical silver bullion, providing a secure, convenient, and exchange-traded investment alternative for investors interested in holding physical silver without the logistical challenges of direct bullion ownership. The Trust invests primarily in long-term holdings of unencumbered, fully allocated, physical silver bullion consisting of LBMA-certified 'Good Delivery Bars,' custodied by the Royal Canadian Mint. As of June 30, 2026, the Trust held 215,605,617 troy ounces of physical silver bullion across four storage locations, with a total net asset value of approximately $12.6 billion. Units trade on the NYSE Arca under the ticker 'PSLV' and on the Toronto Stock Exchange under 'PSLV' and 'PSLV.U.' The Trust issues units through an at-the-market offering program and allows monthly redemptions for physical bullion or cash. It charges a management fee of 0.45% annually on net assets and does not speculate on short-term silver price movements. Updated
