Rogers Communications Inc. is a Canadian telecommunications and media company operating through three reportable segments: Wireless, Cable, and Media. Wireless provides mobile telecommunications services to Canadian consumers, businesses, public sector entities, and wholesale providers. Cable delivers Internet, television, satellite, telephony (Home Phone), and home monitoring services to consumers and businesses, along with network connectivity through its fibre network supporting voice, data, networking, hosting, and cloud-based services for business, public sector, and carrier wholesale markets. Media encompasses a diversified portfolio including sports media and entertainment, sports team ownership (Toronto Blue Jays, and through MLSE — Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, Toronto FC, Toronto Argonauts), television and radio broadcasting, specialty channels, digital media, and associated real estate holdings including Rogers Centre and Scotiabank Arena. The company acquired Shaw Communications in April 2023 and BCE Inc.'s 37.5% interest in MLSE in July 2025, and in July 2026 agreed to acquire the remaining 25% of MLSE for C$4.35 billion to become sole owner.
