Sterling Infrastructure, Inc. (NasdaqGS: STRL) is a U.S. infrastructure services provider. It operates through subsidiaries across the Southern, Northeastern, Mid-Atlantic and Rocky Mountain regions and the Pacific Islands, in three segments:
- **E-Infrastructure Solutions** (about 79% of year-to-date 2026 revenue): large-scale site development and, since the September 2025 acquisition of CEC, mission-critical electrical services. Customers include data center campuses, semiconductor fabrication plants, advanced manufacturing, distribution centers, warehousing and power generation.
- **Transportation Solutions** (about 13%): infrastructure and rehabilitation work on highways, roads, bridges, airports, ports, rail and storm drainage systems. The company is selectively pursuing these projects while shifting resources to E-Infrastructure.
- **Building Solutions** (about 8%): residential and commercial concrete foundations for single-family and multi-family homes, parking structures and elevated slabs, plus plumbing services and surveys for new single-family builds.
