About Sunoco

Sunoco LP (TXSE: SUN) is an energy infrastructure and fuel distribution master limited partnership. It operates across 33 countries and territories in North America, the Greater Caribbean and Europe.

The Partnership reports four segments:
- **Fuel Distribution:** Distributes over 17 billion gallons annually to about 11,000 Sunoco and partner-branded retail locations, plus independent dealers and commercial customers. It also earns non-fuel and lease profit.
- **Pipeline Systems:** About 14,000 miles of pipeline, including joint-venture interests with Energy Transfer such as ET-S Permian and J.C. Nolan.
- **Terminals:** Over 170 terminals, including assets from TanQuid, plus a transmix business.
- **Refinery:** Added through the Parkland acquisition, running about 57 thousand barrels per day of crude and bio-feedstock.

SUN's scale expanded substantially through the Parkland acquisition, and it completed the acquisition of Offen Petroleum in October 2026. Its general partner is owned by Energy Transfer LP. SunocoCorp LLC (TXSE: SUNC) is a publicly traded entity that holds a limited partner interest in SUN and consolidates SUN's results. Updated
