What Will 100 Solana (SOL) Be Worth by 2030?
Solana has swung wildly from $74 to $115 and back down, leaving investors wondering whether the token can reclaim lost ground or sink further before 2030. Three scenarios reveal just how wide the gap is between SOL's best and worst…

Currently, 100 Solana (CRYPTO:SOL) is worth around $10,366, with SOL trading near $104. In recent months, SOL has been volatile, rising 39.2% over the last 90 days from $74, then dropping 9.9% over the past month from $115.
Looking at the longer record, the outlook appears less favorable. SOL is 64.7% below its all-time high of $293 from January 19, 2025, when 100 SOL was valued at $29,331. Moreover, SOL has declined 16.6% since the start of 2026.
To estimate SOL’s potential future value, we examined three scenarios—$50, $200, and $400—each shaped by ETF demand, network revenue, and Solana’s market position relative to Ethereum.
What 100 SOL Could Be Worth at $50, $200 and $400

A cryptocurrency’s value, or market cap, is calculated by multiplying its price by its circulating supply. Solana’s market cap stands at about $61.1 billion, with a circulating supply of roughly 589.7 million SOL, placing it seventh among cryptocurrencies.
| Scenario | SOL Price | Value of 100 SOL | Implied Market Value |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bear | $50 | $5,000 | $29.5 billion |
| Base | $200 | $20,000 | $117.9 billion |
| Bull | $400 | $40,000 | $235.9 billion |
For the base case of $200 to materialize, SOL would need to rise to about 1.9 times its current price. The bull case of $400 requires a substantial rise of about 3.9 times, which would surpass its previous all-time high by 36%.
However, Solana’s increasing supply complicates these projections. The figures above assume the current circulating supply, but as the network generates new coins for stakers—those who lock up SOL in exchange for rewards—there will be more coins in circulation. Notably, the total supply already reaches about 636.3 million SOL, so reaching $200 across all coins would imply a market cap of about $127.3 billion instead of $117.9 billion.
Solana ETF Outflows Have Followed September’s Inflow Peak

A spot Solana exchange-traded fund (ETF) is an investment fund that holds actual SOL and trades similarly to a stock. As of October 22, 2026, U.S. spot Solana ETFs have had cumulative net inflows of $1.54 billion, totaling $1.61 billion in assets.
Inflows peaked on September 29 at $1.62 billion, with the largest influx of $86.7 million on September 25. Since the September 29 peak, however, outflows have dominated the trend, including $12.7 million on October 16 and $8.5 million on October 22.
During this inflow period, SOL was valued at $115 on September 23, and its price dropped as investors withdrew funds. The significant movements in ETF flows suggest they have a substantial impact on SOL’s price.
Can Solana Reach $400?

For Solana to reach the upper projection of $400, its market value would need to approach Ethereum’s (CRYPTO:ETH), which is valued at around $292.9 billion, making it the second largest cryptocurrency. The bullish estimate of $235.9 billion would account for roughly 80% of Ethereum’s market cap.
Achieving this would require a significant rise in Solana’s fee revenue, which comes from users paying to process transactions. However, the gap in performance has widened, with SOL dropping 45.8% over the past year compared to ETH’s 38.1% decline.
A larger rally in the cryptocurrency market could support Solana’s growth. Bitcoin (CRYPTO:BTC), trading near $81,300, has dropped 26.2% over the year but gained 26.3% in the last 90 days, while Solana rose 39.2% in the same period. Historically, SOL has tended to amplify Bitcoin’s price movements, so a strong Bitcoin rally could boost SOL’s price as we approach 2030.
What Could 100 SOL Realistically Be Worth by 2030?
In our view, the most attainable scenario is the base case of SOL reaching $200, which would value 100 SOL at $20,000—still below its previous record. On the other hand, the bull case of $400 seems less likely because SOL would need to hit a new all-time high and reach a market cap similar to Ethereum’s.
If ETF outflows continue and Bitcoin declines, the bear case of $5,000 for 100 SOL could become more realistic.
To reach the base scenario, several conditions must be met: cumulative ETF inflows would need to exceed $1.62 billion again, SOL would need to recover to at least $115 (its late-September level), and a sustained rally in Bitcoin’s price would be essential. Conversely, if the price falls below $74—its July 25 level—it would signal a shift toward the bear scenario gaining traction.
