XRP Price Prediction: XRP Is Down 18% in October. How Low Could It Go in November?
After an 18% October slide and millions in forced liquidations, XRP sits at a fragile price level where the next move could either stabilize the coin or trigger a fresh wave of selling pressure heading into November.

XRP (CRYPTO:XRP) is currently priced at $1.25, after a 3.3% decline over the past 24 hours. Overall, the coin has dropped 18.7% this month, briefly falling below $1.20 before buyers stepped in and pushed it back to $1.25. Earlier in October 2026, XRP reached a high of $1.555.
This drop prompted many leveraged positions to close. Liquidations occur when exchanges forcibly close borrowed positions because a trader’s collateral runs out. In the last 24 hours, XRP experienced $37.6 million in liquidations. The coin is also trading below both its 20-day average of $1.32 and its 50-day average of $1.40, indicating bearish momentum in the short term.
What XRP Would Be Worth Back at $1

XRP’s market cap is about $78.99 billion, making it the fifth-largest cryptocurrency. It currently trades 65.8% below its all-time high of $3.65, reached on July 17, 2025.
The $1 mark is a significant downside reference, as XRP tested this level a few months ago. On August 16, 2026, XRP closed at its yearly low of $0.9927, with a market cap of around $62.22 billion.
Buyers strongly defended this level, with XRP closing at $1.45 just days later on August 21, 2026. A drop to $1 would also put XRP below its November 2021 opening price of $1.11.
ETF Buyers Are Still Adding, but the Buying Has Slowed

Spot XRP ETFs, investment funds that hold XRP directly and trade like stocks, saw a modest inflow of $8.43 million on October 29, 2026, bringing total assets to $1.47 billion.
However, buying activity has slowed down. Five sessions in October reported zero net inflows, with the largest daily outflow reaching $3.61 million on October 26, 2026. Fund assets have declined from $1.70 billion on October 6 as XRP’s price fell while most fund holders remained steady.
Why November Could Go Either Way for XRP

Historically, XRP has had a mixed performance in November, falling in three of the past five years. The notable exception was November 2024, which saw a significant post-election rally. Here’s how XRP performed in recent Novembers:
- 2021: -10.1%
- 2022: -12%
- 2023: +1.6%
- 2024: +279.2%
- 2025: -14.1%
Looking back to last November, XRP opened at $2.51 and dropped as low as $1.82 by the end of the month, serving as a cautionary sign.
The $37.6 million in liquidations indicates widespread forced selling has already occurred. Such sell-offs can sometimes mark temporary lows, as fewer leveraged longs remain to close positions. However, if XRP breaks $1.20, a fresh wave of liquidations could speed up the decline.
XRP’s End-of-November Price Ranges

- Bear Scenario ($1.00 to $1.20): A daily close below $1.20 would push XRP into this range. The next significant support level would be the August 2026 low around $1, where the coin held steady from August 12 to August 18 before bouncing back.
- Base Scenario ($1.20 to $1.32): If XRP holds above $1.20 and climbs past $1.22 and $1.25, these levels could become areas of resistance where sellers may step in. The 200-day moving average at $1.28 and the 20-day at $1.32 may also cap any upward movements.
- Bull Scenario ($1.40 to $1.555): A close above the 50-day average of $1.40 would signal a rally back toward this range, with the October 2026 high of $1.555 as the next target.
How Low Could XRP Go in November?
XRP will likely end November 2026 within the base range of $1.20 to $1.32. ETF buyers continued to add positions in October, and the recent liquidation wave has cleared out some leverage that typically drives deeper drops.
For a significant further decline, XRP needs to close consistently below $1.20, and ETF flows would need to show clear outflows. The most definitive signal would be a pattern of daily closes below $1.20, along with ETF outflows exceeding the $3.61 million seen on October 26. Conversely, a close above $1.40 could steer XRP back toward the highs seen earlier in October.
