XRP (CRYPTO:XRP) experienced a tough month in October 2026, losing 16.1% of its value, and trades at $1.25 as of November 1. This follows a high of $1.56 on October 2, just a few days before the coin slipped below $1.50, a key resistance level many XRP holders want to see retaken.

For any XRP price prediction this November, the question remains: can XRP climb back above $1.50 before the month ends?

XRP Lost Every Key Level Between $1.56 and $1.25 in October

XRP’s October decline was notable—it fell as low as $1.20 on October 30. For the year, XRP is down 32.1%, and a staggering 50.1% over the past 12 months. For context, this price is also 65.8% below its all-time high of $3.65 from July 17, 2025.

To regain its footing, XRP needs to reclaim a series of price levels that it lost in October:

  1. $1.56: October’s peak, reached on October 2.
  2. $1.50: Last closed at $1.51 on October 5, but hasn’t closed above this mark since.
  3. $1.39: The 50-day moving average. XRP closed just under it at $1.38 on October 8.
  4. $1.31: The 20-day average, which XRP breached, closing at $1.23 on October 29.
  5. $1.25: This represents the current level, which has become a barrier that XRP needs to overcome.

Where Could XRP Close by the End of November?

Historically, November has been a volatile month for XRP. Since 2017, its returns in November have ranged from a notable increase of 279.2% to a decrease of 23.4%. Overall, XRP has seen four profitable Novembers and five losses, with significant price swings in almost every year.

  • Bear Scenario: If XRP falls below October’s low of $1.20, it could drop further to test the $1.09 low from August 20. If it drops below that, the price could plunge toward the $1 floor seen in mid-August, a risk our look at how low XRP could go also flagged.
  • Base Scenario: In a more stable outlook, XRP might fluctuate between $1.20 and $1.39, reflecting neutral market sentiment. The Fear & Greed Index currently sits at 46, indicating a balanced market mood that typically keeps prices stable.
  • Bull Scenario: For a bullish turnaround, XRP likely needs to close above the 50-day moving average at $1.39. Before making any significant gains, it also has to break through the 200-day moving average at $1.28, which represents a long-term trend line.

Binance, Ripple’s Escrow and XRP ETFs Could Decide XRP’s Next Move

Several factors could sway XRP’s movement in November:

  1. Binance’s Situation: Binance has recently resumed withdrawals after tackling a significant hack. The exchange claims to have full backing for XRP, which could stabilize prices if its Proof of Reserves checks out on November 3. A positive review could ease recent selling pressure, while a negative outcome might push XRP down to $1.20.
  2. Ripple’s Escrow: Ripple maintains a sizable portion of its XRP in escrow, releasing coins on a set schedule. The November release could add more supply when XRP is struggling to hold above $1.25, raising concerns about potential price dilution.
  3. XRP ETFs: XRP exchange-traded funds saw inflows of $4.3 million during the week of October 26-30, managing a total of $1.42 billion in assets. Although this indicates sustained demand for XRP, it may not be enough to drive the price above $1.39 on its own.

With all these factors in play, investors and traders will be keenly watching XRP’s performance as November unfolds, hoping for a turnaround that can set it back on the path toward $1.50.

XRP Price Prediction: Can XRP Bounce Back Above $1.50 This November?

XRP faces significant challenges in closing above $1.50 by November 30. To do so, the coin must first surpass $1.25, then the 20-day average at $1.31, and finally the 50-day average at $1.39. If the upcoming reserve check falls short of expectations and XRP closes below $1.20, it could potentially drop to around $1.09, pushing any hopes of hitting $1.50 into December. However, long-term holders can be patient as they consider XRP’s outlook for 2030.

If Binance successfully passes its reserve check on November 3 and ETF inflows continue in the coming weeks, we might see buyers stepping back in. Still, XRP needs to close above $1.39 daily, as indicated in our end-of-November forecast from October 24. If XRP can close at this level by mid-November, the $1.50 target might come back into play. Without that closing price, XRP is more likely to finish November somewhere between $1.20 and $1.39 rather than above $1.50.
