Rubrik posted second-quarter fiscal 2027 non-GAAP EPS of $0.20 against a $0.04 estimate, a fourth straight quarter of beating consensus EPS expectations. Revenue of $427.26 million rose 37.9% year over year, exceeding expectations.
Profitability arrived earlier than analysts had modeled: non-GAAP net income swung to $44.72 million from a year-earlier loss, and the GAAP net loss narrowed.
Subscription ARR, the measure of how durably customers commit to the platform, grew 33% year over year to $1.66 billion, with Cloud ARR and six-figure customer counts both expanding. Enterprise penetration is deepening.

Management raised full-year FY2027 revenue guidance to a range of $1,685 million to $1,693 million and lifted its free cash flow outlook, with Q3 revenue guided above the current quarter.
