Blackstone Secured Lending Fund (NYSE: BXSL) is a publicly traded business development company (BDC) that invests primarily in the debt of private U.S. companies. As of June 30, 2026, BXSL's portfolio comprised approximately $13.4 billion in fair value of investments across 313 portfolio companies spanning 39 industries, with the largest exposures in software, health care providers & services, professional services, and insurance. The portfolio is predominantly composed of first-lien senior secured floating-rate debt (96.8% first lien, 96.3% floating rate), targeting companies with a weighted average loan-to-value of approximately 51.9%. BXSL is externally managed by Blackstone Private Credit Strategies LLC, an affiliate of Blackstone Inc., which manages over $1.3 trillion in assets under management. The fund has elected to be regulated as a BDC under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and maintains investment-grade credit ratings from Moody's, S&P, and Fitch.
