About Unilever

Unilever PLC is a global consumer goods company. It reports through four Business Groups: Beauty & Wellbeing (hair care, skin care, prestige beauty and wellbeing/supplements), Personal Care (deodorants, skin cleansing and oral care), Home Care (fabric cleaning, fabric enhancers and home & hygiene) and Foods (cooking aids, condiments and Unilever Food Solutions). Its brands include Dove, Vaseline, Sunsilk, Clear, TRESemmé, Lux, Cif, Comfort, Hellmann's and Horlicks. Prestige and wellbeing brands include K18, Hourglass, Paula's Choice, Dermalogica, Liquid I.V., Nutrafol and Grüns, and recent personal care additions include Dr. Squatch and Wild. Sales are split across Asia Pacific Africa (45% of Q3 2026 turnover), The Americas (37%) and Europe (18%), with emerging markets such as India, Brazil, Indonesia and South East Asia accounting for the majority of turnover. The company is reshaping into a focused HPC business: it demerged The Magnum Ice Cream Company in December 2025 and in March 2026 agreed to combine its Foods business with McCormick & Company. Pricing is set in response to commodity cost movements, and the portfolio is managed through bolt-on acquisitions and selective disposals. Capital is returned to shareholders via quarterly dividends and share buybacks funded from surplus cash. Updated
