About Amdocs
Amdocs develops, transforms and operates mission-critical software systems, primarily for communications service providers. It has served telecom operators for more than 40 years.
Its portfolio covers BSS/OSS (business and operations support systems), billing, eSIM, digital, network and IT operations. Customers buy through multi-year transformation programs and long-term managed services contracts, which made up about 64% of fiscal 2026 revenue.
The company's current strategy centers on aOS, its agentic operating system for telcos. aOS embeds industry-specific AI into core business, IT and network processes. Recent aOS deals include agreements with AT&T (its largest customer), VodafoneThree, VEON and Globe.
Revenue is concentrated in North America, with growing contributions from Europe and the Rest of World.
In November 2026 Amdocs expanded into insurance software by acquiring EIS, a cloud-native, agentic multi-line platform spanning policy administration, billing, claims and customer engagement. EIS serves both Life & Annuities and Property & Casualty insurers.
At the same time, the company is exiting non-strategic hardware resale activities and selling its Vubiquity media business. It is also managing a contractual dispute with major customer T-Mobile.
Amdocs reported fiscal 2026 revenue of $4.7 billion and is listed on NASDAQ (DOX). Updated
