Its retail automotive portfolio is heavily weighted toward premium brands — BMW/MINI, Porsche, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Land Rover/Jaguar, Lexus, Ferrari/Maserati, and Bentley collectively represent approximately 70% of automotive revenue — supplemented by volume non-U.S. brands (Toyota, Honda, Volkswagen, Hyundai) and U.S. domestic brands. PAG is also one of the largest retailers of commercial trucks in North America, primarily as a Freightliner dealer through its Premier Truck Group. The company distributes and retails commercial vehicles, diesel and gas engines, power systems, and related parts and services principally in Australia and New Zealand. PAG employs over 28,600 people worldwide. Additionally, PAG owns a 28.9% equity interest in Penske Transportation Solutions (PTS), which manages one of the largest trucking fleets in North America with over 379,200 trucks, tractors, and trailers under lease, rental, and/or maintenance contracts and provides transportation, supply chain, and technology solutions.
