Cintas beat estimates for a sixth straight quarter and raised full-year fiscal 2027 guidance to $5.45 to $5.54 in adjusted EPS, all before the pending UniFirst deal adds a dollar of revenue. The FTC review is the only thing standing between this run and a bigger uniform rental franchise.

Reports Wed Sep 23Before open8:30 AM ETConfirmed

Cintas reports at 8:30 AM ET, and the $79.6 billion uniform renter doubles as a read on service-sector hiring: its rental route volumes move with how many workers employers are actually putting in uniforms. Guidance on that demand matters more than the quarter itself.
