NVR, Inc. is one of the largest homebuilding and mortgage banking companies in the United States. The company operates in two business segments: homebuilding and mortgage banking. The homebuilding segment sells and constructs homes under the Ryan Homes, NVHomes, and Heartland Homes brand names, operating in 37 metropolitan areas across 16 states and Washington, D.C., spanning the Mid Atlantic, North East, Mid East, and South East regions. The mortgage banking segment provides mortgage financing to the company's homebuyers, with an 85% capture rate of eligible buyers. NVR utilizes a lot option purchase model rather than owning large land banks, controlling approximately 184,400 lots as of June 30, 2026. The company trades on the NYSE under the ticker NVR. Updated
