KLA's offerings include advanced inspection and review tools, metrology systems for precise measurements, defect inspection, and software solutions for semiconductor process control. Additionally, the company develops technologies for etching, deposition, and wafer processing. Beyond semiconductors, KLA also serves the PCB and display markets with imaging, inspection, and testing systems. Originally known as KLA-Tencor Corporation, it rebranded to KLA Corporation in 2019.
