About Bank Bradesco

Banco Bradesco S.A. is a Brazilian multiple-service bank operating primarily in two segments: financial services and insurance. The banking segment serves individuals and corporate customers through retail banking, middle-market banking, corporate banking, investment banking, leasing, private banking, and international operations. Products include demand and savings deposits, time deposits, mutual funds, foreign exchange services, credit cards, overdrafts, vehicle financing, housing loans, payroll-deductible loans, and working capital financing. The insurance segment, operated through subsidiary Bradesco Seguros S.A. and its subsidiaries, covers life insurance, pension plans, health insurance (consolidated under Bradsaúde S.A. following a 2026 corporate reorganization), and non-life portfolios including auto and property insurance. Bradesco is present in all Brazilian municipalities through an extensive branch network and also maintains international operations through branches in New York, Grand Cayman, and London, as well as subsidiaries in Luxembourg, Mexico, Hong Kong, and Florida. The bank operates a digital brokerage platform through Ágora Corretora and a digital banking subsidiary, Banco Digio. Bradesco is listed on B3 (Brazilian Exchange) under tickers BBDC3 and BBDC4 and on the NYSE as ADRs under ticker BBD. As of June 2026, the organization had approximately 79,699 employees and total assets of R$2.47 trillion, with an expanded loan portfolio of R$1.14 trillion. Updated
